Situations of Fraud, Corruption, Money Laundering, Harassment, Discrimination, Security and actions or omissions against the law or against the principles of the OceanPact Group’s Anti-bribery and anti-corruption Policy and the Code of ethics and conduct that may cause harm to its customers, its employees, collaborators, shareholders and other publics of interest.
